1980 - 2020
Vannis Marchi, born in Carpi, started his business as an entrepreneur in 1980.
Together with his brother, he created the Liu.Jo brand in 1995, a clothing company that today has a turnover of over 400 million euros. For several years, Marchi Vannis has also invested in prestigious real estate projects in Italy and in other corners of the world.
Also, he has been investing in Romania for over 15 years, he believed in this country and in its economic reality.
In 2020, it invested tens of millions of euros in a residential project called Milano 5, where several buildings have already been built and completed, consisting of hundreds of high-quality apartments. The buildings are surrounded by many green spaces that contain areas with water gloss, as well as playgrounds for children.
